Straight away they assured us that every effort would be made to get us into our room as soon as possible, and at 12pm on the dot we were able to access our room for a much needed pre concert nap. No extra charge was asked for and it was clear that they along with all the other staff really wanted to make our stay and concert experience as good as possible.
