PraxisCat is the experimental electronic solo project from Christine Paluch. Christine is a DC based composer using synthesizers, code, and other musical instruments to explore the relationship between synesthesia and urban spaces. Based in New York, she began her studies as a classical pianist and singer. She has worked with many notable improvisers, including Cecil Taylor and Butch Morris, and continues to collaborate with bassist William Parker.

On top of numerous district and regional festivals, he performed two years in the PMEA state orchestra, as well as one year in the National All-Eastern Wind Ensemble. During High School he performed with the jazz band, pep band, marching band, orchestra, and wind ensemble. Hayden The Music Dept Recording Studio also attended the renowned Interlochen Summer Arts Camp in 2019 where he played as principal percussionist in the World Youth Symphony Orchestra. In addition to classical percussion, Hayden is well versed in drum set playing, previously studying with his father and Tench Tillman.

The School of Rock Silver Spring Adult Program puts beginner keyboard students in a band. Adult Program students in the Silver Spring area learn to play piano through a combination of weekly private beginner piano lessons and weekly band rehearsals. At School of Rock, our piano lessons give adult students the chance to perform in a band at local Silver Spring music venues, taking them out of the classroom and onto the stage.
