The Williamstown Beer and Cider Festival features around 100 beers and ciders from a number of local independent breweries, including The Mill, Bonehead, Bentspoke Brewing Co, Bathtub Gin Co Distillery, and many more. As the weather starts to (sort-of) warm up, the time to get out and enjoy the outdoors is here. The Vinehop festival taking place in the Mornington Peninsula, where you can enjoy tasty food trucks, awesome music, and of course drinks. Palm Tree Music Festival is one of many heading to the grounds in coming months, and will feature Tiesto, Kygo, Lost Frequencies, Sam Feldt, and Frank Walker.
The brothers behind it want their wine shop to offer service just as good as what you’d get in their high-end restaurant. Now, that upper floor is a 50-seat venue with finely etched features such as fluted Italian marble, textured walls and handmade clay tiles that recall Italy’s streets and grand piazzas. Natural materials were chosen by Mim Design that would improve over time, much like the Italian craft of food preservation. Vue de Monde, Etta, Bar Liberty and Estelle are among the restaurants Dan Banks supplied before launching this wine delivery service with no-nonsense tasting notes such as "amazing with duck". Delivery is free to metropolitan Melbourne, and a flat $15 to the rest of Australia.
