Nancy is the perfect complement to the homewares outlet. With airy ceilings and gorgeous decor - including the ceramic light fixtures above the coffee counter - the cafe is pretty darn perfect. This new, kid friendly eatery is going to be a fam favourite in the Whitehorse area.
Expect top-quality seafood that might be squid, sea urchin, salmon roe, King George whiting or bluefin tuna. A large, colourful restaurant with a menu that touches on nearly every aspect of Japanese cuisine. Here you'll find sushi, gyoza, tempura, plus hearty bowls of braised-beef all you can eat sushi melbourne curry. Plus a fun drinks list that includes sakes, Japanese-influenced cocktails and craft beers from Tokyo. We tried the mixed sushi, yakatori skewers, beef curry and chicken Katsu ramen. Mamma loves a one stop shop and The Full Pantry is no exception. A wholefoods store attached to a cosy cafe is just what the doctor ordered.
Kids will learn the basics of pizza making with a little chocolatey twist under the close guidance of the Quarters team. During the workshop, kids will be making their own dessert pizza, piled high with delectably sweet treats. There are several teppanyaki grills within the restaurant, with each one seating around 12 people. The teppanyaki dining area has chefs ready to give you a show (and perhaps test your hand eye coordination).
Reviews are quick to complement the entertaining chefs and the quality of the ingredients. The Ice Creamery sources all local ingredients from the Yarra Valley and is dishing out some sweet stuff. Mamma definitely recommends the Caramel Slice Ice Cream- YES it really does taste like it. Fantastic Mister Fox has delicious food with funky menu names such as Hot in the Hen House, one of Mamma’s faves, and He’s Home for the Hollondaise which is always a crowd pleaser. The lighter lunch menu can be a good option if you’re looking for cheap teppanyaki Melbourne.
