The rugged and raw beauty of Palaui island is not as easily accessible as before. It took more than a decade but I finally found my way back to the northwestern 台東名產網購 tip of Cagayan Valley. Admittedly, it’s the biggest tourist draw in Santa Ana, Cagayan. It has hosted 2 seasons of America’s Survivor series back in 2013.

The parking lot is large, and parking is very convenient. The only restaurant in the area offering decent beef noodles for lunch. 東鼎牛肉麵館 is a simple eatery offering a variety of noodle dishes and homestyle plates. While the beef noodle soup receives an average rating, other menu items receive high praise. The broth is described as light, but some feel that the beef could be more tender, possibly due to insufficient cooking time. The only positive part of this restaurant is the friendly waiter.
Falehay is probably the only indigenous restaurant with a front row seat of the Pacific Ocean. The décor features traditional indigenous color and tribal artwork. Guests can also see an endless expanse of ocean blue from the restaurant’s windows. Kick back and feel the ocean breeze as you enjoy some delectable cuisine.

The gift shop is on the second floor after entering from the front. Went on a weekday so there’s less people and more space to enjoy the museum. The eating area is quite small so we had to wait for a table to become available. A great place to visit to see a restored historical department store from the Japanese era.
The currents and riptides are very strong along the coast, and people die after getting swept out to sea every year. To experience aboriginal culture in the area, consider visiting or spending the night at Bunun Leisure Farm (布農部落休閒農場), which is run by the local Bunun tribe. Luye (鹿野) is the third and final town that I recommend stopping or spending the night in. The word “town” might be a stretch – there’s almost nothing here besides farms. But if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s a great place for cycling. One small road in particular, Brown Boulevard (池上伯朗大道, named after Mr. Brown, a local coffee chain) is one of the most famous cycling paths in Taiwan.

Additionally, Taitung is well-known for its fruits, such as mangoes and papayas, which are often made into jams or dried fruit snacks that are popular among tourists. These fruit products not only showcase the region’s abundant agricultural offerings but also make for delicious and healthy gifts. Visitors can explore the various markets, shops, and cultural centers in Taitung to find authentic souvenirs that reflect the cultural heritage of the region.
Believe me when you're so intrigued by the live performances, everything else is forgotten. Never miss this piece of attraction if you're there for a couple of days. Will be a great lost if you miss this piece of attraction. Zhiben is famous all over Taiwan’s east coast for its spring water, one of the purest you’ll find in the country. If you choose to go there, don’t expect a wild and natural hot spring. Zhiben is a spa destination, a lot of hotels and spas have been built here.
The Platform of the Three Immortals, or Sanxiantai (三仙台), it the most awe-inspiring human-made sight along the east coast of Taiwan. The dragon-like 320-meter bridge curves up and down as it leads out to a small island off the coast. Continuing north from Jialulan, Fushan Fishing Harbor (富山漁港) is another slice of coast with lots of rocky pools to explore. It is just before the long Shanyuan Beach (杉原灣沙灘), which is beautiful but difficult to access unless you are staying at one of the guesthouses along the it, such as this one. The remaining two-thirds consists of an ecological island, pavilions, nest boxes and other attractive features. There are many water activities for the whole family, including swimming, water slides and much more.

Sake is the best known Japanese alcoholic beverage. Used in religious ceremonies, during festivals, and just for winding down after work, it is ubiquitous in Japan. For a much loved beverage then, there must be the proper chalice into which to pour and drink from. A Japanese sake set is perfect as a souvenir for yourself, or as a gift for someone you love. 綺麗商旅園區館 is a 7-minute drive from National Museum of Prehistory, while Tiehua Music Village and Taitung Railway Art Village can be reached in 13 minutes by car. Featuring air conditioning, each guestroom is fitted with a wardrobe, refrigerator, electric kettle and TV.
Huge place with swings and area for kids to play, instagram shots and more!!! Seriously Best in the late afternoon as it’s hotter in the morning and summer lunchtime. A good places to walk around explore he grounds and take pictures. The parking lot is huge, and leaves to a museum that explains more of the history.

SourceMore commonly known as Orchid Island, Lanyu is a small island off the east shore of Taiwan. Lanyu is an off-the-beaten-path hidden gem, one of Taiwan’s remotest islands, and is full of surprises. The island is just beautiful, there are so many things to see, on the island as well as off-shore. The marine life here is abundant and diving really is a treat. It’s also great in terms of culture, most people living there are from the Yami tribe, and traditions are still strongly implemented. You’ll easily be able to witness aboriginal life, more than on the mainland.
