1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It makes use of lidar to navigate, and create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels), and works with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set schedules and customize the S1's behaviour.

When I tested the S1, it was quick to locate our downstairs, which is home to linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, plus carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was able to drive close to walls and even cross raised thresholds without issue. However robot vacuum cleaners reviews had some issues traversing the stairs in one step. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or carpets.

The docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and replenishes its water tank on board with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 mopping sessions, however this will differ dependent on how often you use the mop.

The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the tank that has been contaminated to keep it from becoming blocked. But, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other combinations that require more care.

Its mopping capabilities are also quite good and include a pair of mop pads that lift and scrub the floor instead of moving the pad across it. The mops are cleaned with heated water and dried in the base station as required. Mops can also be replenished at the top of the station as needed.

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was released earlier this year. However, their latest flagship model is packed with impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is easy to maintain.
