"We will prepare to play like today".

The Kia Tigers won 4-1 against the Hanwha Eagles at the Gwangju-Kia Champions Field on May 25. They have now won two straight games and are back to 5-0.

The score wasn't high, but it was a clean, two-hit affair.

Starter Mario Sanchez held the Eagles to one run on two hits and two walks with six strikeouts until the seventh inning. Once the starter got through the seventh inning, the bullpen took over.

Choi Ji-min gave up a single in the eighth but was able to keep the game scoreless. In the ninth, Jung Hae-young struck out the cleanup trio and got a strikeout, groundout, and flyout to left field for her perfect 11th save.  It was a clean two innings without Lim.

The offense didn't have many chances, but they were able to convert them into runs. In the bottom of the first inning, Kim Do-young and Na Sung-beom singled to put runners on first and third, and 사설토토 Kim used his quick feet to score on Choi Hyung-woo's grounder to the first baseman.

In the fifth inning, Park Chan-ho led off with a single, stole second, moved to third on a strikeout by Na Sung-beom, and came home on a wild pitch when the catcher made a loose throw to first base.

Choi Hyung-woo then hit a decisive two-run homer in the bottom of the eighth inning to seal the win.

After the game, manager Kim Jong-kook said, "Sanchez pitched the most innings since his KBO debut and made a big contribution to the team's victory. He gave our bullpen a break by pitching long innings. I think the hitters had a hard time with his pitches because he was on the right track. Ji-min Choi's hold and Jeong Hae-young's long-awaited save also did their part."

"In the batting order, Park Chan-ho drove in a valuable run in the bottom of the fifth inning with an unassisted double play, and Choi Hyung-woo, our No. 4 hitter, delivered a crucial two-run home run with a precarious one-run lead, leading the team's offense with three hits today."

"Both batters had a strong will to win," said Majimaro. We will prepare well for tomorrow's game like today's. Thank you to our fans for sticking with us until the end."
