However, it did struggle a little when encountering longer-pile carpets and large, thick messes of dried-on debris.


The S1 Pro is ready to be used right out of the box, and it just requires an easy mapping session to learn about your home. Once it's done the map will be displayed in the app and rooms can be added or merged depending on the need. You can set virtual boundaries, as well as no-go zones if there's something you don't want your robot to get into.
