Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an application that allows you to save your home's maps setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are essential in my house that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on a surface.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also has mop lifter technology which lifts the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

In addition in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be cleaned and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can just set it and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and then return to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. The number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. The price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop heads. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed well in all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair with no tangling. The mops were also great and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It also has an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately will require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can buy however, its cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a desire rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while cleaning up wet mess, then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs an impressive 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity for mopping and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It has a mop with a roller that is self-cleaning and makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller covers the full width of the bot, and it is constantly filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water, and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you choose this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it still has some amazing features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

her latest blog that runs the appliance is quite dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clear everything that's been that is mapped by the device or you can select specific rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, as all Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. Its "Normal" pathing settings cover the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each vacuuming session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot to make its clean better than its less expensive competitors.
