Interacting with item upgraders NPCs allows players to upgrade equipment that is equippable. Each upgrade boosts the stat, and some upgrades can unlock additional stats, too.

The EZ Upgrader assists players in finding the most affordable cash upgrade quickly and quickly. It costs 1 Angel Investors and has no game-related benefits, however it's a convenient way to view upgrade options without having to open the upgrade menu.

To activate the EZ Upgrader, the player must choose "Interact" when playing the dice outside the restaurant during Preparation Mode. To maximize the number of upgrade options players can build multiple Blueprint Cabinets and Copying Desks on the same day. This allows them to add more blueprints to the list that the item upgrader makes which will allow for bigger Rerolls. Making copies of multiple cabinets can delay production.

Set Bonus

A set bonus is an increase in secondary stats for a set mods. The set bonus is increased in strength dependent on the number of set mods equipped without duplicates (e.g. Warframe melee and primary mod both come with the Vigilante Set's "Enhance Critical Hits" bonus that can only count as one). A set bonus isn't improved by normal fusion.

Some sets have multiple choices, with the first offering a basic bonus, and the others increasing the number of items that are worn over the basic amount. For instance, the Fables of the Feywild offers the set bonus at two outfitted items and a more generous bonus when you wear more than the set number.

Benthic gear can be purchased from Voidbinder Zorlan or Voidbinder Strzah in Mezzamere in exchange for Prismatic manapearls. After purchasing a Benthic piece you can upgrade it with these manapearls via an upgrader for the item to gain levels of ilvl as well as additional stats.
