Bae So-hyun (31) won for the first time in her 154th competition, seven years after her debut on the Korea Ladies Professional Golf (KLPGA) Tour.

Bae So-hyun recorded even par with 4 birdies and 4 bogeys in the final 3rd round of the KLPGA Tour E1 Charity Open held at the Ferrum Club (par 72) in Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 26th. Bae So-hyun, with her final total of 9 under par 207, beat second-place Park Do-young (28) by three strokes and lifted her first trophy since her tour debut. Her winning prize was 162 million won. In the 153 competitions that Bae So-hyun participated in before this competition, her best result was 3rd place at the SK Shielders/SK Telecom Championship in November 2022. She is a player who has never been runner-up.

Bae So-hyun, who turned professional in October 2011, took six years to make her debut on the KLPGA Division 1 tour. He played in the 2nd and 3rd division tours for 5 years, won the prize money king of the Dream (2nd division) tour in 2016, and entered the 1st division tour stage the following year. However, she failed to place in the top 10 once in the 49 competitions she competed in over two seasons in 2017 and 2018, and had to go down to the second division again. And two years later, in 2020, the group returned to the first part of the tour. 카지노사이트

Bae So-hyun, who enjoyed her first win since her debut, said, “When I played in the second part of the tour, there were many moments when I did not believe in myself, but even during those times, my father believed in me. “I really want to say thank you, but it’s a shame I can’t,” he said. Bae So-hyun's father, Bae Won-yong, who served as the national coach of the Korea Golf Association, passed away in 2019 due to a chronic illness. Her father personally carried his daughter's caddy bag for about two years after Bae So-hyun debuted in the first division tour. Bae So-hyun said, “I am truly grateful to my heavenly father for making me a golfer. “I want to tell you that I love you so much,” he said.

Bae So-hyun, who started the final round with a two-stroke lead, lost two strokes in the first half of the hole, allowing Park Do-young, who reduced four strokes, to tie for the lead. He succeeded in 'bounce back' (recovering a stroke) with consecutive birdies on the 10th hole (par 4) and 11th hole (par 4), but eventually gave up a one-stroke lead to Park Do-young, who recorded a birdie and eagle, respectively, in the same hole. Bae So-hyun was shaken by consecutive bogeys at the 12th hole (par 5) and 13th hole (par 4). Park Do-young also made four consecutive bogeys from the 13th to the 16th holes (par 3). So-Hyun Bae successfully made a birdie putt on the 16th hole, where she was tied with Do-Young Park, and rose back to the lead by two strokes. She also took the top spot by catching a birdie from 10.7 meters away on the 17th hole (par 4). Bae So-hyun said, “Every time I played in the champion group, I gave up my greed and played, but it didn’t go well. So this time he just got greedy and played hard and got his first win. “I want to praise myself for doing a good job,” he said.

Park Min-ji (26), who tied for third place in this tournament (5 under par, 211 strokes), added 46.12 million won in prize money, rising to first place in total prize money on the KLPGA Tour (5.79778 billion won). He surpassed Jang Ha-na (5,770.49 million won), who had held the top spot in this category for 6 years.

At the Korea Professional Golf (KPGA) Tour KB Financial Live Championship held at Blackstone Golf Club (par 72) in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do on this day, Han Seung-soo (38, photo), a Korean-American, recorded a final total of 11 under par 277 strokes and won his third victory on the tour.
