Academic Integrity Quiz

In Canvas, this maintains the highest degree of academic integrity. As stated in the Syllabus, students are required to fully commit to academic integrity and agree to the following set of expectations: 

• Students are expected to verify that the work on each assignment is his or her own
• Collaborating with another classmate on any assignment must be pre-approved by the instructor
• Students may not plagiarize in any form 
• No student may allow others to copy his/her work
• No student may misuse content from the internet
• No student should store coursework on a public or shared network drive

If a student plagiarizes work in any manner, the student is subject to disciplinary action, including possibly being given a zero for that assignment, removal from the course with a failing grade, or other consequences. 

Additional consequences may result in your conclusion of the course with the grade you had on the last day of your active course or could result in dropping the course and you may come back to this course after 3 months leaving this course. Any student who voluntarily wishes to drop this course must notify me up to 1 month ahead so I can give a priority conclusion date.

You will not be able to access the course modules until you complete the Agreement.
