To get a category B+ driving license you must be at least 18 years old and have a clean criminal record and pass a medical exam. There are specific requirements for different kinds of vehicles, depending on the kind of work you're looking at doing. If you want to travel across state lines or transport dangerous materials, you'll require an endorsement for that.

In contrast to other driving licenses, a category B+ driving license is valid for five years. You may be required to take additional medical tests or other tests in order to renew your driving license. Some countries also require drivers to undergo specific training before they are able to start driving certain types of vehicles.

The definition of a category B+ vehicle is like a category B license that is normally issued. A category B+ vehicle is any large truck that has a GVWR of 26,001 pounds or more but does not include a tractor/semi-trailer. This includes large delivery trucks, cement mixers, and fire trucks.
