1. Smeg BCC02

This sleek, compact, and striking machine, designed by Milan-based company Deep Design combines the brand's retro aesthetic with cutting-edge technology. The machine can handle all the steps of the coffee-making procedure, from grinding beans to tamping into a puck and texturing milk before dispensed the right amount.

The machine is also available in red, black and taupe. It will easily integrate into any kitchen design. It's not without flaws, however. Many reviewers felt that it was quite expensive for a cup-to- bean maker (and isn't equipped with the milk pitcher).

However, there were plenty of glowing reviews about the quality of the coffee and the ease of use of this machine. The user-friendly digital display offers an easy-to-follow guideline and feedback throughout the entire coffee making process, helping you improve your coffee every time. The machine even allows you to adjust the grind size, should you decide that's not what prefer. It's like having your very own personal barista at home (minus Elon Musk's rocket building skills and Harry Potter's invisible cape).

This model is ideal for those who like milky drinks. The steam wand is adjustable up and down so that it fits most drinking vessels, with the exception of Viking drinking horns. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the frothing process, as well. It also produces an excellent espresso, with a fantastic crema and full flavor despite its compact size.

The BCC02 is a fantastic all-rounder that's quiet, effective and offers superb value for money at the current price of PS499. The only problem is that it doesn't provide the same level of customisation like other bean-to-cup machines we have tested. It's got a 15-bar pump rather than the more usual 19 bars, which isn't as good to make high-quality espressos. However it's a great bean to cup machine for those who prefer their coffee strong and dark. Click here to check out Lavazza's amazing deal.

The machine also comes with two airtight containers that are automatically sorted for various specialties. There is also a chute that can be used for beans that are already ground if you prefer to make your own.

Users have also said they are impressed with the speed of the machine. It is faster than any other machine they have ever used. The machine will also warn you when one of its hoppers are almost empty. This ensures that you don't be able to drink your favorite beverage.

The price could be a concern for some. This machine is priced at PS999. It's still cheaper than similar Jura machines that have similar features.

The Barista TS Smart is backed by an extensive warranty that provides two years of protection. This is more than the standard one-year guarantee, so it is a assurance from the manufacturer.
