Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've ever wanted to purchase a robot vacuum, now's your chance. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with savings of up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping using app-based no-go zones, and its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also automatically replenishes and self-empties its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's most intelligent robot vacuum to date. Its biggest innovation is its camera-based obstacle detection system. It makes use of AI to recognize objects like charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to provide you with a picture of an object that it encounters, so that you can tell the robot to avoid it.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop we've ever tested. It cleans up dirt and spills effortlessly leaving no trace it was there. The iRobot application makes it simple to control. It can schedule cleanings and even create Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't clean in areas you don't wish to. It's also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can turn it on and off using your voice.

The design is also better than the competition. It has a sleek, high-end piece that appears like an toy, not an obnoxious and loud robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt Disposal It also self-empties which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests the j7+ was quick to clean up dust dirt, pet hair and even pet hair. Its counter-rotating rubber brush rolls kept the debris in one place rather than sending it scattering across the floor. It even managed to take small gravel and sand, which most other robots aren't able to do. And all this without getting tangled up in our pet's hair shedding.

The j7+, though not as intelligent as the Roomba S9 for $1,217+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot, and can't clean the stairs, is an excellent choice for those who want both mopping and vacuum. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use but we found it less reliable as other robotic cleaner apps. It can take a long time to download updates, and often it's difficult to tell whether the update is working until you've seen it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than just clean your floors A hybrid is the ideal choice. These machines are equipped with a tank of water so they can mop and vacuum at the same time. They also have a range of extra features, including smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance, and the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. The disadvantage is that they can be pricey at full retail, but during Black Friday and Cyber Monday they often drop in price.

Roborock is one of our most loved robot vacuums and the Q5+ isn't an exception. It's the cheapest model in their auto-empty line. While it may not come with some of the expensive features (like no-go zones or multi-story memories) however, it's an excellent option for those who are willing to make a few compromises to save a few bucks.

The Q5+ is notably soft around obstacles like wall legs and table legs and walls, which makes it an excellent choice for homes with lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough when it comes to cleaning dust bunnies, which is a problem where cheaper robot vacuums fall short. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is excellent as well, with only a few misses in corners and along walls.

Like other Roborock devices as well, the Q5+ can be controlled by a handful of buttons on the device itself or through the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleanings. You can also set schedules, design virtual barriers and no-go zones, alter your home map, or re-label the rooms.

If you choose to purchase the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-empty dock designed specifically to make this robot easy to maintain. It requires a screwdriver install, but once it's in place the process of emptying the bin is simple. It also features an impressive LCD display which is great to have when setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This feature isn't required for most people but it can help you to keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design and features are some of the best on the market however it's expensive.

The base station looks nice and hides it when not in use, and the size is relatively compact. The station's most appealing point is how it automates many tasks and functions that most other robots leave up to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do), empties the dustbin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot charged and clean.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It's the only robot vacuum I've tried that does an excellent job of removing the dust from floors with no. And it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes to navigation. The laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs. This means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas of the home. It's not able climb stairs as well as some competitors, either, and it doesn't have an dock that allows the user to set up an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an excellent choice for those who want a vacuum robot that can do everything.

If you're looking for a way to save money or aren't concerned about the limitations of the robot, there are many alternatives available. Many eufy models cost significantly less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers an identical experience on the app with more features like stairs, a fully-function dock, and a better overall vacuuming performance on bare floors as well as high- and low-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, an Anker company has a proven track record of producing robot vacuums that strike the perfect balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning on hard and carpet flooring, and mopping functions at an affordable price. It's easy to setup simply by snapping one of the side brushes on, switch on and plug in the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps required to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. You'll need to place the dock close to a power outlet and plenty of room for it to move around but.

The G30 is a tiny device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, meaning it is able to fit under most couches and low-clearance pieces of furniture. The design is more modest than other models, and features sleek black finishes and three physical buttons such as Auto Cleaning start/pause, Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). It is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to use voice commands to do unscheduled cleaning.

The way the G30 cleans is what separates it from its competitors. It makes use of an integrated map to make an image of the immovable items in its path. It can remember what it has already cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. It automatically returns to the base to recharge, and then begins cleaning the area it left.

The eufy G30 has a few flaws. The iRobot Roomba 675 is much better constructed, has lower recurring costs, charges faster and offers similar battery life, while providing better performance on floors with no carpet and low-pile carpet. It also has a larger dust bin that doesn't have to be emptied as often and comes with a set of boundaries that ensure it isn't in certain areas. The G30 however, is more affordable and a lot easier to maintain. Its smaller container means it doesn't need to be empty as often and has less difficulty handling bulky products such as cereal.
