It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and required a flip to release itself. However, these aren't major issues, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned and not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot.

The model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa and other smart features. However, it struggled with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. The operating noise level is also relatively high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.

Like many robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. 5. Freo X Ultra

This robot is just a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my office tidy. It is also able to reach the corners of my small apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your space, so it knows where to stay away from. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).

Other great features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets, with high-pile rug. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to spend additional money for a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great choice.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice to consider if you're looking for a robot that can do both regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes. It comes with a variety of features including self-emptying dustbins, the water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's quite quiet and can navigate between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's unable to pick up tangled rug tassels up and its battery drains more quickly than other models we test.

With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and a handy automation into a sleek design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed very well. It also comes with a range of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It can even be programmed to remove and reconnect its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for those who live in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a good job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.


It's smaller than the majority of its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of any object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and aren't connected to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so well in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
