Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized with an app that can save maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles helps it avoid running over furniture, wires, or stray toys. These are essential features for my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by looking for pets, plants, and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any robot vacuum we have tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in a deep clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting system, which will lift the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad is capable of rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means that you can put it away and forget about it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it started to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mops. If you can afford the price we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The high price is justified by the powerful features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that gyrate. It has an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

auto vacuum cleaner is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it was able to perform well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair without knots. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, then refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tested. In addition the mops aren't efficient in removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. The base station must be emptied as well as the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, must be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy but its high cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a desire than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet messes take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle-avoiding. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean in order to wash off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes, or swept away into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank onboard holds a decent amount of water, and it can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

Like many robots, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map a space and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this could be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides many functions at a a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is dense, offering a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just as all Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat manner. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too however it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets with thick padding, but might not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and traces that are left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
