Best 2 in 1 Pram Stroller

With its leatherette handle and handy extra features, the TAVO Next glides smoothly over virtually all types of terrain. It's not the lightest stroller we have however it's much more easy to lift a flight than some of our competitors.

The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when filled with groceries and up to three children. The downside is it doesn't have an additional child board or seat for growing families.

1. TAVO Next

The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that is able to accommodate children up to 50 pounds. It is very spacious and the seat reclines and lays flat. It's also very easy to open and close and comes with an XXL canopy, which has venting and windows that peek out. Nuna has updated the TAVO harness for 2021 by adding Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be secured effortlessly and securely with just one hand.

The TAVO is a great choice for parents who want to save money. However it's not the ideal choice if you require a bassinet or reversible seat. It only faces only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat or other accessories such as the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. The MIXX Next is the better option for those who want more space because it can accommodate these accessories.

The TAVO comes with a built-in suspension system called Free-flex. It lets you travel near or far and even transport your baby from the car to the curb. The spacious, deluxe seat allows baby to unwind and drift off into a world of dreams. Parents will also appreciate the small fold-away axle as well as MagneTech Secure Snap.

3. Cybex Gazelle

The Cybex Gazelle is a great option for parents who need a stroller to grow with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller and can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units such as infant car seats, cots, and cradles.

We love that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to move, making it perfect for parents who love to get out and explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket under it and a variety of attachments to give parents the option to take their light shopping or groceries with them. It is a little bit more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's worth the cost because the quality and function are top-of-the-line.

The stroller comes with a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to ensure your child is secured in the seat. It also comes with a sun canopy that can be removed with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a practical parent tray to hold drinks, snacks, and phone. The handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of the parent and the brake is easily accessed, making it safe to operate for children.

Our mum tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was bumpy. She was impressed by the cushioned seat and footrests were ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was practical. She also liked that the fabrics on the handlebars and hood were machine washable. This is crucial for busy parents.

4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A simple frame stroller The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It's one of the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs 24 lbs without infant car seat attachments, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't come with an enclosed canopy, so you will be required to buy your own sunshades to your children if they require extra protection from the elements.


In our tests and testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It's able to navigate most terrains with ease, although it has trouble going over muddy areas and gravel. It can also be hard to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. This stroller is not recommended for use on a slope or off-road, however its suspension system will help to reduce bumps.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers commonly face however Joovy provides an additional underseat baby carrier to help solve this problem.

Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer an option with more versatility. Its seating configuration versatility is a plus, though it allows parents to place their infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important attribute for parents looking for a travel stroller that will fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product that lacks some features that other strollers that we tested provide, such as an extended recline or a large storage baskets. However, it's a great choice for families with a limited budget and for those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a light, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its short frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad ensure a smooth ride. 2 in 1 prams -position reclining seats and cup holders for parents ensure that passengers are comfortable.

It also comes with an enormous canopy with a European style that offers shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for security.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble it was the fastest time in our test group. The manual is fairly basic and does not require any tools for assembly. It is among our lighter products and it folds flat making it easy to lift and transport. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rate the ease and smoothness with which each product can be pushed and turned to open and close the safety harness, adjusted the brakes, opened and closed the storage basket and installed and removed an infant car seat.
