TOTO Toilets Help Consumers Navigate the New Normal
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought a new normal to the lives of many. TOTO uses its technology to aid consumers in navigating this New Normal.
Kaisen or "perfection" is a cultural principle that drives the Japanese company Toto. Their latest toilet, the WELLNESSTOILET, uses cutting edge technology to help customers achieve well-being.
Water Sense Technology
WaterSense-labeled plumbing fixtures have been approved by the EPA and help conserve energy and water while delivering an efficient, safe performance. TOTO USA is proud to be among the first companies to earn the WaterSense label for our EcoPower flush valves and commercial flushometer toilets.
Our Aquia IV dual-flush toilet is a great example of a bathroom fixture that is high-efficiency.
스포츠토토 uses only 1.28 Gallons of water per flush. This is less than 1.6 Gallons needed to meet EPA standards. The Aquia IV also features TOTO TORNADO FLUSH technology, which reduces the frequency of cleaning the bowl and the necessity for additional flushes, further reduces its environmental footprint.
Another way to save water is to install an low-flow showerhead. This reduces the amount of water required while bathing or washing. Our high-efficiency showerheads are WaterSense certified and come with the modern technology to provide superior performance and comfort.
In an era where water shortages can be common, limiting water usage is vital. TOTO's EcoPower technology, found in our Aquia IV toilet as well as our NEXUS one-piece toilet can help reduce the amount of water we use by using only 1.28 Gallons per flush to remove waste.
TOTO's elongated WCs are EPA certified for high efficiency. They feature a round or elongated bowl and an accessible height of 17-19 inches. We also offer an elongated toilet with a compact design that is ideal for small spaces and uses only 0.9 grams of water per flush.
The TOTO bidet wands for toilets are the industry's most popular for both office and home use. These are not only more cost-effective than toilet paper, but they also offer a cleaner and healthier clean, leaving you feeling confident and refreshed. The NEXUS Bidet utilizes our EWATER+ Technology, which is made by electrolyzing tap water to create a solution containing sodium chloride ions. This creates an effective disinfectant that kills viruses, bacteria and other pathogens while leaving your skin and environment unharmed.
ADA Compliant
When you are looking for an ADA compliant integrated toilet and bidet+ unit you might come across terminology such as "universal height" and "ADA compliant." While there is a connection between the two, it's important to know that not all universal height toilets are ADA compliant, and vice versa.
The ADA standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act are specifically designed to meet the needs of people of all abilities and ages as well as those with limited mobility or lower body strength. Toto incorporates these standards into their products to ensure that customers have the bathroom experience they want with ease of use.
TOTO's ADA-compliant toilets feature a one-piece construction that instantly enhances the look of any bathroom and offers a practical advantage in comparison to traditional two-piece designs. The single-piece designs from TOTO make cleaning easier by eliminating the gap between bowl and tank. TOTO's Eco UltraMax toilets also feature a high-efficiency flushing system that is water-efficient. These toilets are water efficient and use 1.28 Gallons per Flush (GPF) or less.
One-Piece or Two-Piece Design
Many who have been to Japan have been raving about the comfort and efficiency of the Toto toilets they have used. Toto is a Japanese brand of toilets with a single-piece design that integrates the tank and bowl. They can be easily cleaned and fit in tiny spaces. They are also durable and can last a long time.

They offer a variety of Universal Height toilets and sinks that are easy for anyone to reach, even those with limited mobility. 스포츠토토In the United States, bathrooms are typically located near bedrooms, so toilets that keep the noise to a minimum are well-liked. TOTO's Washlet, a bidet seat equipped with an electric motor is a fantastic way to accomplish this. By combining a rimless bowl that uses relatively only water with powerful sprays of warm air that cleanses and dries skin, TOTO's toilets have been described as "magical."
While Japan enjoys its technological advances but it also has a deep respect for the humble toilet. These attributes are evident in the Toilet Museum of Japan, which opened in 1999 and was designed to make people think differently about their toilet habits. The museum makes use of a poop-powered motorcycle to emphasize that TOTO products are both effective and environmentally sustainable.
The museum also showcases TOTO's history of innovation, from the first flush to the aeration system that reduces waste by up to 90 percent and uses less water than traditional toilets. There's also an area that showcases the company's Washlet that uses a stream of water to cleanse and dry the user, while making the toilet sound less embarrassing by using singing birds.
Before forming Toto members such as bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro played on albums of famous artists like Steely Dan Seals and Crofts Boz Scaggs and Sonny and Cher. David Paich, the keyboardist was a regular session musician for artists like the Eagles, Larry Carlton and Quincy Jones.
In the years following Toto's first album band was struggling to make a name for themselves and endured a series of changes in members. Hungate eventually quit Toto to pursue an independent career as an artist in Nashville in 1980. His decision was prompted by the lack of time for his family and a growing drug problem. The band's success ultimately was dependent on the talent of Lukather and keyboardist Steve Porcaro.
