Today, the makers of the annual Game Technology Conference announced that Bogata Hotel Casino & Spa is the winner of the 3rd Annual Game Technology Awards for Excellence and Innovation.

One of the first casino executives to lead the information technology department, Cole pioneered player tracking and loyalty programs that still exist in casinos around the world.
