The Brook is excited to announce a collaboration with the legendary Guryong Restaurant to build a unique Asian dining concept and nightlife experience at the popular casino entertainment destination located just 40 miles from Boston.
Scheduled to open this summer, the new restaurant will feature Kowloon's favorite foods and cocktails, but it will also have its own culinary identity. The space has several restaurants, a private event space, two bars, and a fabulous lounge that will transform the beach nightlife scene.
The announcement follows The Brook's recent Lunar New Year celebration, featuring two sold-out Kowloon pop-up events featuring many of the landmark restaurant's most famous menus.
The collaboration is a product of more than two years of thought, creativity and work led by Babis Patel, The Brook's vice president of experience, and is excited to bring this destination restaurant to the people of New England with Andre Carrier, The Brook's CEO, and Kaorung's partnership group.
"Everyone who grew up in this part of New England has their Kowloon memories, it's an iconic restaurant," Carrier said. "It's an absolute privilege to be part of this project to add a new chapter to the Kowloon heritage and create a place where more wonderful memories will be made."
Working with The Brook, Khao Lung's partnership group is looking forward to the evolution of its iconic brand by reinventing its unique dining and nightlife concept that leverages the historic Khao Lung menu while focusing on its vision for the future. Featuring late-night music, a luxury lounge and a private dining room featuring Khao Lung's flavor are ready to introduce New Englanders to a new generation and provide a curated experience exclusively for them.
The Kowloon group shared their enthusiasm: "Tying up with The Brook presents us with an incredible opportunity. We are so grateful for the love and support our long-term customers have shown us over the decades. In a way, this new restaurant and nightlife concept is something to thank them for and be new to us."
Brooke, affectionately known by its architectural name "Project Dragon," will offer a sneak peek of the venue's amenities, decorations and menus in the coming months, but will hold off on disclosing the restaurant's name until the grand opening.
Brook actively employs team members for all Project Dragon restaurant and night venue positions, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
