Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1kg

A light roast with milk chocolate influences and a delicate citrus for a soft, easy going flavor, perfect for relaxing on the weekend.

A little tip: Before you add your grounds, pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too fast, it could over extract and create undesirable elements in your cup.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. 1kg coffee beans from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast that has a sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a soft and supple mouthfeel. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This will stop the coffee from becoming over extracted and creating undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
