It's been a really good week of gambling news, with U.S. casinos seeing their second-highest month on record. Thanks to the continued spread of sports betting, the gambling industry is recovering dramatically from the pandemic. In addition to the U.S. casino recovery and sports betting news, Las Vegas has big plans for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday.

As the U.S. and gaming industries recovered from the pandemic, U.S. casino gambling revenues in April nearly set records. In fact, gambling revenues in April were the second highest on record.

The size of commercial games across U.S. casino games, sports betting and online gambling as a whole is nearly $4.4 billion, just shy of the record $4.8 billion. That figure is even more impressive considering that about 80% of U.S. casinos are still under COVID-19 restrictions.

According to friends of the American Game Association, betting on sporting events has declined, while profits from slot machines have hit record levels. U.S. gambling revenues from online betting have been $300 million.  슬롯머신사이트

Helping U.S. casinos recover is the continued proliferation of sports betting. Months after most Louisiana bets were approved by voters, lawmakers have passed rules to place bets through betting sites, mobile apps and Parisian kiosks where activities are approved.
