The KBL, which had a brief break due to the qualifying round for the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup, will resume on the 28th.

As it entered the second half of the sixth round of the regular season, the competition for the ranking to advance to the playoffs is expected to heat up. While Wonju DB, which is ahead of all teams in the opponent's matches, remains in first place, Suwon KT, Changwon LG and Seoul SK will compete for the second place, which will allow direct advance to the semifinal playoff.

Competition for individual titles is also expected to heat up. This season, individual titles, which were abolished after the 2004-2005 season, will be revived. There are six categories of awards including scoring, three-point shooting, rebounding, assist, steal, and block shot.

KT's Paris Bath ranks first with an average of 25.6 points. Lee Jung-hyun of Goyang Sono ranks first with an average of 2.8 points in the three-point shooting category. LG's Asem Maray (15.3 points) is leading Sono Chinanu Onuaku (11.3 points) by an average of four rebounds.

DB's Asian Quarter Philippine player Lee Sun Albano topped the list with 6.7 assists, and Daegu Korea Gas Corporation's Duvan Maxwell topped the block with 1.2. KT's Moon Sung-gon ranks first with two assists.
