Mira Andreyeva (Russia, No. 47) said this after her first round victory in the women's singles at the French Open tennis tournament on May 30 last year, when she was 16 years, 1 month and 1 day old. This match marked the first time Andreeva had achieved victory in any of her four major tournaments (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open). At the time, Javert was raising her stock by reaching the finals in succession at Wimbledon and the US Open in 2022. Javert reached the Wimbledon finals last year as well. Andreeva said at the time: “Javert is my idol. “As she watched Javert play, she dreamed of becoming a professional athlete,” she said.

Less than a year later, Andreyeva got the chance to meet Javert in her first personal match. The result was Andreeva's victory at the age of 16 years, 8 months, and 19 days. Andreeva won 2-0 (6-0, 6-2) in 54 minutes against Javert in the second round of the Australian Open on the 17th. Andreeva is the first player to win a match in a major tournament, as she defeated Javert 'Bagel' (6-0), and she also won after giving up only two games. It was also the first time that Andreyeva defeated a player ranked in the top 10 of her world rankings.

Andreevawas happy, saying, “I was really nervous before the game, but it ended up being the best game of my life.” He continued, “After the game, Javert came to me and wished me good luck. He is a person who knows how to be considerate of opposing players in any situation. “That’s why I look up to Javert.” Andreeva, making her debut at this year's Australian Open, will face Diane Paris (22, France, 72nd) in the third round.

Last year's US Open champion Coco Goff (20, USA, 4th place) also beat Caroline Doleheid (25, USA, 42nd place) 2-0 (7-6, 6-2) on this day, aiming for consecutive major championships. I took a step further. Goff will face Alicia Parks (24th, USA, 31st) in the third round. Goff defeated Javert in 53 minutes in the round of 16 of the 2021 French Open. This is Javert's record for the least amount of time lost in a major tournament. Andreeva failed to break this record by one minute that day.  슬롯사이트
