Chalmers was later interviewed by an FBI agent and received a court appearance notice for misdemeanor assault before being released.

Documents obtained by FOX 2 indicated that Chalmers blew a .17 in a blood alcohol test following the flight - twice the legal drink drive limit. He told police that he had two drinks before boarding.
