It was Hanwha Eagles Chae Eun-sung who topped the home run race where the league's top big guns gathered in one place.

Chae Eun-sung won the 2023 KBO All-Star Friday 'Com2us Professional Baseball Home Run Race' held at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan on the 14th, beating out prominent competitors with five home runs.

The player who announced the start of the home run race event was Austin Dean (LG). The batting ball pitcher was his teammate Kim Hyun-soo (LG). Austin, who recorded his first home run since three outs, rarely added a home run even if the out count increased, and asked Kim Hyun-soo for a course to pull the ball. However, as the last ball went out of the left pole, the final result was one home run. Kim Hyun-soo shouted "wind" with his mouth and looked unfair that the ball was not flying well. 스포츠토토

The second runner was Noh Si-hwan (Hanwha), a "joint leader in home runs," and the batting ball pitcher was Jung Soo-bin (Doosan). Like Austin, it was difficult to hit his first home run. Not a single home run came out until seven outcounts were filled, and Jung Soo-bin, who threw the ball, smiled awkwardly.

The third runner is Park Dong-won (LG). Like Austin, Kim Hyun-soo played as a batting ball pitcher. A huge home run after two outcounts. After 5 outcounts, 1 more to a similar course. Park Dong-won, who was driven to six outcounts, crossed the left fence and finished the game with the final three.

The fourth runner was Chae Eun-sung. Former teammate Yoo Kang-nam (Lotte) took the mound as a batting ball pitcher. Chae Eun-sung rarely showed strength with three outs, but he boosted his condition by hitting three home runs. Then Yoo Kang-nam and Chae Eun-sung also gained confidence and added one home run in four outs to outpace Park Dong-won. Chae Eun-sung, who hit one more home run after five outcounts went up, took the lead alone, and hugged each other and shared joy after the game.

The next runner is Park Byung-ho (KT). Former teammate Lee Ji-young (Kiem) threw a batting ball. Park Byung-ho, who started the game by lightly crossing the fence, picked out two balls after one out and crossed the left fence and drew another arch. After one more out count was filled, he added one home run and became the sole second place, but he lacked the endurance. The final score is four.

The last player was Han Dong-hee (Lotte), who uses Sajik Stadium as his home stadium. Jung Soo-bin, who threw the ball to Noh Si-hwan, headed to the mound once again, but Chae Eun-sung's victory was confirmed as he finished the game without a home run.
