The Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner

With Bentley's 100th anniversary coming up next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It pays homage to the company's founding father, W.O. Bentley includes a part from one of his cars.

The special model can be ordered with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be observed throughout the cabin and even the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that has an open display window that displays an image of the original crankshaft of the 8 Litre that is displayed inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in the form of a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome application that runs across the back of the vehicle. The front grille is designed after 1930s-appropriate Onyx, and there's an additional chrome-colored application on the lower spoilers on the left and right. The front grille is distinctive, with the chrome-colored shell instead of the typical body-color mesh like that of the regular Mulsanne and incorporating the Flying B logo as well.

A keybox engraved with the Bentley wings can hold two keys and has a black flock lining. keys are individually sized to complement or stand out from the key box. The set of commemorative items includes the scale model in 1:18 and an aircraft-like "B" paperweight. The set also comes with a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original Bentley 8 Litre.

This accessory is ideal for Bentley owners and enthusiasts. It features an exclusive key box that is embossed in Bentley wings. Presented carefully wrapped in tissue paper inside a gift box, it makes the ideal present for Christmas, birthdays and other special occasions.

The key fob's knurling made of metal mimics the texture of the interior including the temperature controls as well as the shift knob. Van Braekel says, "We wanted the knurling as consistent and attractive" as we could. It was crucial to keep the dimensions and shape of the fob consistent.

Bentley's "Speed" series is very entertaining in that it takes the Continental GT's already excessive lavishness and elevates it to eleven.
