If you reside in an apartment or house or just want to keep your home free of electromagnetic fields, there are a number of methods to reduce exposure. One of the easiest is to limit the use of electronic devices. It is also possible to use EMF blocker paint to block EMF radiation from reaching your house. Another method to protect your house from EMF radiations is to put up an RF shielding cover. It's a kind of net that contains EMF shielding. It's used to prevent EMFs from entering a space. Another option is to have your home fitted with an electrical enclosure. These devices are called Faraday cages.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that the non-ionizing RF EMF can cause anti-proliferative effects on HCC cells. The mechanism behind AM RF EMF's anticancer activity in vitro is believed involve down-regulation in cancer-related stem cells. This may account for the long-term effects observed in patients with advanced HCC. But, the reason for AM EMF's effects on patients with cancer is not evident.

The effects from AM electromagnetic fields (RFEM) on HCC tumor growth in vivo were examined in mice. The tumours were separated into 3 groups. One group did not have exposure RF EMF. The second group was exposed to RF EMF at a frequency that is similar to that of humans. In the third, they were subjected to RF EMF with HCC-specific modulation frequencies. The effect of HCCMF on tumours was evaluated against that of RCF. The results indicated that cancers treated with HCCMF had significant shrinkage. However, emf blocker treated with RCF didn't show evidence of tumour shrinkage.


The mechanism of tumor-specific AM RF EMF might be based on the fact that tumour cells require Cav3*2 T-type voltage calcium channels for proliferation and down-regulation. AM RF EMF's ability to inhibit proliferation on HCC cells is mediated through CACNA1H the protein which regulates the Ca2+ influx specific to tumors. The results indicate that CACNA1H could have wider implications in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of cancers.

The tumors in the controls were never exposed to RF EMF, and were fed a normal mouse diet. The tumors of HCCMF HCCMF group were infected with Huh7 cells when they were 5 to 7 weeks old. The tumours were then euthanized when they showed excessive burden.

The tumors of the three groups also showed distinct growth curves. The HCCMF-treated tumors saw a significant decrease in size of the tumor after 8 weeks. However, tumors that were treated using RCF didn't show shrinkage. The difference was significant. emf blocker treated with RCF had necrosis, which is typical in tumours that are exposed to RCF. It is possible that the necrosis is caused by a lack of oxygen in larger cancers.

In emf blockers , the findings show an AM-RF EMF has anti-cancer properties in vitro as well as in vivo. Several studies have shown it is true that AM RF EMF produces measurable reduction in tumours within HCC patients. There is a possibility that AM RF EMF causes these effects through CACNA1H, a protein that is involved in tissue-specific Ca2+ influx. In addition, AM RF EMF may cause a lasting impact on the growth of HCC tumours in the vivo.
