I write an every week romantic newsletter. So, people often ask me what the most romantic love songs are.
Before I present my list, I have to qualify it. I think a fantastic love song captures the general emotions of romance that everybody has, but strikes a particular cord for your couple because of their special and individual experiences. Therefore, love songs are particular to the couple.
Still, I do believe there are songs which might be just plain romantic, whoever the couple is. These songs meet with couples whatever their live and relationship experiences. But they also transcend the generalities which make the average song sound like a Hallmark card. Romance is obvious in this music and you should probably go along with 2 or 3 of my picks.
So, without further ado, the following is my set of the 10 most romantic love songs in recent history.
10. Change the World - Eric Clapton
9. Eternal Flame - Bangles
8. Everything I Do (I Do it for You) - Bryan Adams
7. I Will Always Love You - Whitney Houston
6. My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion
5. Someone's Got Ahold of My Heart - Bob Dylan
4. Somewhere Out There - James Ingram and Linda Ronstadt
3. I have Always Loved You - Enrique Iglesias
2. Unforgettable - Nat King Cole or Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole
1. You're the Inspiration - Chicago
Does one disagree with my set of the 10 most romantic love songs in recent history? Needless to say you are doing! You would not be a romantic in case you accepted another woman's list point blank.
So, I encourage you to definitely take a moment and make your personal set of most romantic songs. It'll place you in an excellent mood!
