Summer Internships on LinkedIn

The first place to go is LinkedIn, the ‘Facebook’ for professional use. There are also a lot of editing courses which help you to find your future job. Be sure not to go as far as endless spamming, so that not all of your followers start to hate you.

Summer Internships: Knocking on Doors

If everything else fails, you may go knocking doors and asking if the companies you like need some interns. Be ready to work for free, as it’s still a common practice among modern employers. In most cases, it’s wise to accept these unfavorable conditions. Remember it’s not slavery. It’s your chance to avoid unemployment after graduation.

College Halloween Costumes: Unique Ideas for Cheap Outfits

Are you ready to have fun at a Halloween party this year? What do you mean by “not yet”? October 31 is just around the corner. Ah, sure, you need a good idea for a college Halloween costume.

Let me guess – it has to be original, funny and… cheap. Of course, you can do it yourself. Here are only a few suggestions for creating unforgettable Halloween characters:

College Halloween Costumes for Girls

Ladies, here are the latest fashion trends of the upcoming Halloween 2022 for you:

  1. Lady Gaga. There is nothing easier than this outfit – use several pounds of make-up and wear something weird (sorry, by weird I meant extraordinarily stylish.) As an example, you can attach lots of Christmas plastic balls to your dress. You do not even need loaves of meat for this costume (or you can cut out some pics of meat from supermarket catalogs and use them instead of real meat if you really want to.)
  2. Pregnant Vampire. Add a big pillow under your dress for an original version of the classic vampire outfit. If someone says that vampires do not get pregnant, remind them of Bella from Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
  3. “Apple” of Your Eye. Did you know the expression “to protect it like the apple of his/her eye”? You can become the most cherished guest at the Halloween party: cut out in paper lots of the well-known logos of Apple and use them as jewelry and decoration for your costume. Now you are precious and everyone dreams of you. Try not to end up making allegations against somebody whose eyes are of the same color as yours.
  4. Little Girl. Wear a funny short dress, white tights and bow knots. Bring your Teddy bear and a lollipop, too.
  5. Candy Girl. Wrap up, like a candy, in bright foil and packing paper. Now everyone can rightly tell you: “You are so sweet.”

College Halloween Costumes for Boys

Guys, here is a bunch of ideas for you:

  1. Justin Bieber. Wear a baggy T-shirt, hoodie and skinny black jeans. That’s it. Just be careful – some students might like you for this outfit too much, while others might hate you.
  2. Retired Harry Potter. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter series, now writes for adults, while Harry Potter is already getting old. Why not use this character for your college Halloween costume? Wear round glasses, a striped tie, a white shirt and a black or grey vest. Add something to make him look like an elderly person – a beard and a walking stick.
  3. Online Pirate. Online piracy is the unauthorized use of information found on the web. The online pirate is therefore a very negative character. Dress like a classical pirate, but wear also headphones, disks and USB flash drives .
  4. Happiness Wi-Fi. Draw a large Wi-Fi icon. If somebody asks you what that means, tell them that it is a free happiness zone. As Wi-Fi passwords, you can request phone numbers from cute girls, or just smiles from those whom you do not really like.
  5. Awesomeness Virus. Wear a scarf, bring a huge thermometer and put lots of lipstick kisses on your face and T-shirt. Pretend to sneeze from time to time. If someone asks you what’s wrong, tell them that you’ve caught an awesomeness virus and you are already tired of the girls who chase you. Offer a hug if someone wants to be infected.

I am sure that you can add your own college Halloween costume ideas to this incomplete list.
