Health 102: Community Safety & Wellness
Welcome to Health 102: Community Safety & Wellness! Everyone is valuable and has something to contribute to this class. Over the course of the semester you will learn how to implement health and safety precautions in your regular routine. In addition you will learn about healthy and unhealthy behaviors, foods, and emotions. Also, you will learn how to track your own health and fitness at home. Also, during this course you will complete an end of semester presentation in which you will present your personal health findings via Prezi or PowerPoint presentation to the class. I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you! It is going to be a great semester!😊
