Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application that allows you to save your home's maps setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles will stop it from running into wires, furniture, or stray toys. These features are crucial in my home filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, comes packed with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and raise its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pets, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide an intense clean. It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock, and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. robot vacuum cleaners uk robotvacuummops Links to an external site. can set it and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's costly. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. If you can afford the price, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It comes with an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well across the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all kinds of floors and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as a strong dose cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping and dry the mop pads for you. It also has an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. In addition, its mops aren't as capable at scrubbing away tough stains like those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station needs to be cleaned out, and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried on a regular basis to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately will need to be changed periodically.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a smaller budget, I suggest considering an easier model that allows you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase however, its price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a desire rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself and makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being dumped into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a good amount of water, and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box as do most robotic vacuums and mops. It must be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task by cleaning the dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you do opt for this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your personal cleaning products.

Like many robots, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was fast to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. It sat on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have several impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is complex, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start a full map and clean of everything mapped by the device, or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've crafted. There are many mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the area.

Like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is efficient in locating rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way. Its 'Normal' pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it's not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help this robot make its clean better than its cheaper rivals.
