The Pre-licensing Course may be completed in a classroom or via distance learning/virtual classroom. If you choose to take the classroom version, you will receive an MV-278 Pre-licensing Certificate of Completion. Whatever version you choose to study, all courses use the same curriculum content. If you are able to successfully complete your course, the company will report your completion to the DMV automatically, and you don't require a certificate when appearing for the driver's test.
