Buy A80 Driving License

You'll need proof of your date of birth and proof of identity to obtain a driving license. You must also pass the Regulations Test. Requirements

There are a number of conditions to be met before a driver can buy an A80 driving license. Children younger than five must be in child safety seats which have been approved by the government. The license will be valid for a period of up to eight years or until the holder reaches 65.

Fees

For renewal and original transactions, a fee will be paid to cover the cost of maintenance and technology upgrades for the driver license and identification card systems. This fee is not included in the above prices. A name or address change is free, however subsequent changes require a new application. An address change that is not Virginia-based must be accompanied by a certification letter on U.S. government letterhead from your spouse's or your own commanding officer or supervisor indicating that you are a civilian employee, contractor or active military personnel on duty in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
