Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted.
1kg coffee beans should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
Strength - 3, easy and easy going, great for weekend relaxing.
