Those students who have decided to start their degree this year, are definitely facing the difficult time. Most of the students have already started the application process, and they are on hold by the universities due to this worse pandemic outbreak, but one thing to keep in mind is that their academic year 2023 is still not over, because most of the universities in the UK start their semester in around September.

So losing hope is not the solution, you will have to stay focused and motivated to continue your studies in 2023. The preventive measures taken by the government in the UK are very effective, and we have seen a drastic change in the spread of the coronavirus. Some of the universities have already started accepting the online applications for admission.

If the epidemic persists for a long time, then universities and colleges will have to further delay their admission schedules, and it is also possible that universities will skip their academic semester of fall 2021. The Universities in the UK are just as affected as are students by this COVID-19 pandemic.
