Chicken is one of the most popular ingredients to make simple dishes since it easily absorbs any flavor it makes contact with, rendering it not only super easy to prepare but also one of the versatile ingredients. Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breast fillet

2 green bell peppers, cut into long strips

2 red bell peppers, cut into long strips

1 pack of soft large flour tortillas

Directions:

Pour Fajita mix and half of the Cilantro leaves onto chicken breast fillets and mix well. Saute chicken breasts in 2 tbsp olive oil until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and wrap in foil. Add the rest of the olive oil on pan and saute the vegetables in medium heat. Heat flour tortillas in pan, grill, or microwave for a few seconds.

Orange Chicken


Ingredients:

1/2 cup cornstarch

pinch of salt (or to taste)

pinch of cayenne pepper (or to taste)

250g chicken thighs, deboned and cut into cubes

vegetable oil (enough for deep frying)

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

pinch of freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup orange segments

1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

Directions:
