Spring cleaning feels like a simple concept, an annual ritual during which, with all the best of intentions, we clean and drive out the "old" to create space to the "new" that comes with all the advent of spring. However, very few people enjoy this ritual. Instead, we imagine ourselves spending too much time scrubbing on our hands and knees, and sneezing from all of the dust. At this time, we also consider wasting a lot of things cluttering our liveable space that we haven't useful for years but we still wouldn't like to released. And that's when "Spring Cleaning" becomes much, much more; it might be a ritual that ought to be undertaken regularly.

5 Spring Cleaning Tips
• Set a good period of time for Spring Cleaning. Often, it will take you more than a day or possibly a weekend.
• Commit to one room at any given time. In the bedroom: dust, vacuum, alter the curtains and also the bed linens, and exchange your winter and spring wardrobes - then go on to another room.
• Observe once you resist letting go of something. Explore your attachment on the object on paper.
