Variables in Popular Games

Each question starts with a YouTube clip of a young person playing a popular video game.

Try to see if you can identify the variables in each game. 

While you watch:

1. Write down three different changing elements or quantities in the game.
2. How would you  represent these changes with variables.
3. Write  a strong descriptive name for each variable 
4. What actual values you see for it represented on the screen. 
5. Suggest items that you weren’t certain are variables or not.
