How to send your survey to users

When the form is ready, click the Send form button in the upper right corner:
You will then see this screen. Embed - copy the URL and put it on a website Share link via - probably not an option for school purposes, but it would be useful for personal situations. Send form via email: Enter names just as you do when sending email. You can send to a group email and each of the people in the list will get it. Looking to invite other editors... - allows you to add another person who can also edit and revise the form. NOTE: I like to Send the form to just one or two people and have them try it before sending it to many people.

If you click "Send form via email:" you will see this window. Notice: Include form in email: Checking this will put the survey right in the email they receive. If you do not check it, they will receive a link that takes them to the survey. Send me a copy: Sends you the exact message everyone else sees. You can also click on "Customize message and subject"
"Customize message and subject" - lets you change the subject of the email they receive and allows you to write a message that appears in the email. When ready click the Send button.
