Cispus Challenge Course Facilitator Assessment

Howdy all! Thank you for attending our training. As noted during training this assessment is to analyze your understanding of the Cispus Challenge Course Local Operating Procedures (LOPs) which includes your understanding of policies and procedures, accident and close call reporting, spotting, and activity sequencing. In order to facilitate on the course you must pass with a score of at least 80%. This is an open book test, so please reference our LOPs (you will always have access to this on the course) and training notes as needed.
