For this Group Interview, you are provided with a scenario that you are shipwrecked on a desert island.
You can collect 6 items from the boat before it sinks, so you need to work out which items to bring with you and why.

Once on the island, working as a group, you need to work out a survival plan, and prioritise what needs to be done.

When thinking about survival, you need to consider the following things - Protection, health, food, water, shelter, and where to sleep on the island, warmth (as the nights are cold), and how to escape or get rescued.

When the task begins, take a couple of minutes to familiarise yourself with the map of the island (which you can see if you look around you with the VR headset).
You have 20 minutes for this task, and you will then have 5 minutes to present your feedback to the assessors.

The assessors are in the room to observe and to take notes only - you may not ask them questions or try and discuss with them.

The assessors will be looking for: Teamwork, a logical approach to problem solving, interpersonal skills, and time management.
